Now that gave me some inspiration! I have been sat with 3 recipe books, Jamie Oliver's 15 minute meals, the Hairy Bikers mum knows best and the hairy dieters, for around 2 hours tonight, compiling a list of all the meals I want to make from them and looking at ways to make them simpler and as healthy or clean as I can :)I also got out some of my slimming world recipe books, easy yummy meals in all of these, also got the new mag today, has anyone read the comfort food recipe book which came with it? Lots of tasty ideas in there too. So all in all I have made my list of meals I want to make and eat (in my Filofax which I am obsessed with!) 26 meals I have come up with! Chicken, beef, lamb, curries, vegetarian, so many choices and everything will be adapted to ensure it fits in with my clean lifestyle. I have also got my primal blueprint book back out to give myself a kick and refresh my mind as to how and why I wanted to eat clean in the first place, simple effective eating to make me feel great! Who doesn't want eggs and bacon for breakfast?! Tomorrow we have a family dinner but at some point I plan to share some recipe/meal ideas on here :) Please also share any yummy meal ideas which you might have!
My journey as a 27 year old weight battler. Granny tells me I won't get wrinkles cos I have a chubby face, mom refers to me as being previously plump!! Clearly there's no hope!!
