Well, gone are the days of all day drinking resulting in no drunkenness due to the fact you can't get to the bloody bar because of how overcrowded everywhere is!! Also long gone are the days of house parties where by 10pm most of us could barely stand up for all the sidekick shots we had done! ooh memory of strawberry milkshake shots :) Instead this year Mark and I are having a quiet night on our own, pj's on and watching Alan Carr, perfect!!!
I always find December 31st quite sad looking back on everything that has happened in the last year, some of my memories are, learning to run again, continuing to lose weight and better my health, our bloody boiler system packing in!!
My dear friend Katie passed away in February, snowing heavily outside i was sitting at my desk writing a uni assignment when I got the phonecall, a day I will never forget and continue to grieve :( sleep tight beautiful
Our beautiful eldest dog, Princess Phoebe, an 11 year old Irish Setter, sadly had to be put to sleep in July, broke my heart letting our princess go :(
and most recently my Uncle Mark died just before Christmas, difficult as he is my real Dads brother and I stayed in touch with him when I cut ties with my Dad and yet when Uncle Mark died all I did was worry how my Dad was coping. Bloody emotions!!!
Anyway enough memories from the past 12 months, I can't change the sadness but do hope for less tears in 2013!!

So 2013, Mark has asked me to do a fitness timetable for the spare room we have with our exercise equipment in, unlike me Mark doesnt like the treadmill, he uses the rowing machine which I cant use at all! he also does weights, and uses the exercise bike so I will timetable him up ready to start next week when normal routine resumes!
We have done the food shopping tonight (rock and roll!) and have meal planned for the next week and a half :)
Tomorrow I will share my meal plans on here.
So, wishing everyone a lovely evening whatever you are doing and a wonderful new year. Here's to a healthy 2013!
